The project involved consulting on digital transformation strategy and developing internal software solutions to streamline operations — from product configuration and customer-facing tools to internal workflows that drive efficiency across sales, logistics, and manufacturing. The platform includes an interactive product configurator that empowers customers to design their custom patio covers, carports, and summer gardens, along with robust e-commerce and quoting capabilities.
